Organizers need more common sense.

If you were part of the organizing process of a city wide festival, shouldn't you qualify at least in the common sense part of the deal?
I have a beef with whom ever (or whom evers) came up with the idea of removing shuttle buses as events start closing (at a festival that lasts all night, I might add, and regular public transport has been long shutdown for the night) and hoards of people are trying to get onto the shuttle bus. I have an even huger beef with those who forced everyone off the shuttle bus into the cold (not to mention at a site that had already closed) THEN changed their mind, allowing other people back onto the shuttle bus, therefore leaving some of the original shuttlers in the cold as this newly packed bus drives away.
I must admit, I do praise them for offering and organizing and majorly improving (good bye schoolbuses, hello city buses) the shuttle system within the festival. Hurray to those who know what you are doing! I give you a big thumbs up. And to those with whom I have a beef: I hope you are replaced :P

Announcement... Yes, an important one.

I have an anouncement to make, and it's an important one.
Well, important to me at least :)
I now have my art corner set up. Watch out everyone! I'm going to crank out all those art ideas I've had like there is no tomorrow!!!
Anyone interested in purchasing something they like?

The weather is evil.

The day is finally here, the day of the Montreal Hih Lights Festival all-nighter, and guess what! After a few days of mild weather, it is now -15C with blowing snow. That's -15C air temperature; not including wind-chill.
Oh well.
Here is the positive note, I'm planning on going to the Planetarium...
It's indoors! :)

Steamies... Oh steamies...

Steamies are so good, yet so bad.
Steamies are so great tasting, yet so awful for you.
Steamies, oh steamies...
Yummy, yummy, YUMMY!
I will miss you steamies.

Only $0.85 + tax each at Belle Province; the steamies that is...
This part was for free :)

It took a while, but it's finally here.

Here it is, my very first blog. It has been quite a while I have been contiplating having one, but I just never started it... Thanks to a great friend who started their own (http://omardangelo.blogspot.com/), and my eagerness to fill it with my comments, I was in a way "forced" to at least sign up. Once signed up, I couldn't just leave it like that. Thus, that is the short and sweet story of how my blog was finally created :)
